How to Install Shrink and Seal Window Kits  

Indoor Window Kit

  • Each kit contains a roll of special tape and a sheet of ultra-clear plastic film.
  • Simply apply the double sided tape around the window frame.
  • Place the film over the window and press the film against the tape.
  • Use a hair dryer to shrink the film, creating an invisible thermal barrier.

Outdoor Window Kit

  • Use the specially formulated tape to attach the heavy duty, ultra-clear stretch film.
  • Apply tape around the window frame.
  • Place film over window and stretch tight for a transparent weather barrier.

Transparent Tape

  • A heavy duty tape for sealing air and moisture leaks around windows.

Tip: Always install window kits to a clean, dry surface in temperatures above 40°F.
